We offer free shipping on all orders over $150 within the contiguous US. All orders under $150 in the contiguous US are charged only $14.95. Please call toll-free 1-866-491-7440 for shipping rates to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. All of our orders are shipped FedEx ground and most arrive in 1-4 business days after leaving our warehouse.

Our goal is to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM EST, excluding holidays). If we encounter any problems processing or shipping your order you will be contacted within two business days.

If your order is being dropshipped directly from the manufacturer, you will be notified via email within 24 hours of receipt. In most cases, your order will still arrive in 1-4 days.

FedEx may charge you an extra fee if you provide the incorrect shipping address. We do not refund shipping charges for returned orders (unless your order is returned due to an error on our end).

SALES TAX: You are only charged sales tax if we ship your order to Indiana. Otherwise, no sales tax!

OVERSIZED ITEMS:  Some of the items we sell exceed the size limits for standard ground shipping and must be sent by truck or freight delivery.  These oversized items are not included in our Free Freight offer. We reserve the right to change the requested method of shipping if a more suitable method is available.

You may cancel an order at any time prior to processing at our center by calling toll-free 1-866-491-7440. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped. Please refer to our Returns Policies for easy returns.
